Remote Technical Inspections

Monitoring the condition of your asset is critical for any lessor or operator. Unfortunately in today's COVID World performing a technical inspection, or sending a maintenance expert, isn't an easy process with all the various country limitations, and concerns for your staff's health and safety.

The solution to this issue can be solved by performing "remote inspections" using a highly sophisticated headset that can be sent anywhere in the world and operated by anyone local person by just putting the headset onto their head and turning on the system. Once connected to a cellular service, the local operator can connect to a remote expert anywhere world using an audio/video system called jetConnect. The remote expert can talk to the local operator and see exactly what that person is seeing as if he/she were right there with the operator.   They can also capture video, take high quality photographs, zoom in-out, show maintenance diagrams or inspection procedures to the local operator through the headset monitor, and even turn on a light on the headset remotely. And soon there will even be the opportunity to incorporate "AI" or artificial intelligence  that will automatically detecte anomalies and notify the users of a potential issue. It's all state-of-the-art and gives both the lessor and operator the freedom to inspect their aircraft anywhere in the world without any concerns. And the great news is that jetVision meets all the FAA remote inspection requirements, including:

  • Suitability of video resolution, fidelity & field of view
  • Need for multiple cameras, imaging systems or microphones
  • controllability of viewing direction zoom & lighting
  • Appropriateness of audio fidelity
  • Real-time, uninterrupted communication
  • Need for unique testing devices or equipment
  • Need for retention of the audio, video or other information
  • "Peer-to-Peer" encrypted audio & video transmission network
  • Ability to submit audio & video securely to Regulators
